PINAL COUNTY, AZ
Within Arizona, AB-CDE’s Governing Board has chosen to focus on Pinal County as its service area over the next few years.
Pinal County is located between Maricopa County (Phoenix, Tempe) and Pima County (Tucson) in Arizona with a population of about 500,000 people. Some of the cities and towns in Pinal County include Apache Junction, Casa Grande, Coolidge, Eloy, Florence, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley.
Pinal County is a great place to live and work. Pinal County is conveniently just over an hour from the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas, with a much lower cost of living than Maricopa and Pima County.
There are many employment opportunities within Pinal County as well. However, one problem that families that are looking to move into Pinal County are faced with is where their children will go to school and the quality of education they will receive. An affordable quality education is difficult in certain towns of Pinal County.
Currently Pinal County does not offer many quality educations that families and students can depend on in metropolitan areas like Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe and Tucson.
AB-CDE is focused on financing private education institutions in Pinal County, as many of the schools in the area a C & D rated by the Arizona Department of Revenue Standards.
AB-CDE is working in conjunction with Pinal County Leadership and representatives from the State of Arizona to help make Pinal County and its cities and even better place to live.
Truly, Pinal County is a “Wide Open Opportunity”, as the County’s slogan states, with a numerus job and community development opportunities.
